Greenpower USA events are made possible by the amazing support of our volunteers and race officials. In an effort to assist more events across the country, GreenpowerUSA is looking for individuals who wish to help officiate our events. The video to the left outlines all aspects of receiving Race Certifications.

The Timing/Scoring Official is in charge of proper timing protocols for each category as well as ensuring compliant scoring for a Greenpower USA sanctioned event.
The Chief Scrutineer is in charge of performing the technical inspections on all participants competing. This individual must be well-versed with the Rules and Regulations for each category as well as the procedure for scrutineering a car for each category.
The Race Director is in charge of all aspects of a Greenpower USA sanctioned event. This individual must ensure that the event is being conducted in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for that category. This certification cannot be completed until AFTER certification has been received for Timing/Scoring and Scrutineering.
